Returns & Shipping

A note regarding Brexit...
Unfortunately, due to Brexit, orders from the UK to the EU may incur VAT and admin charges which are beyond my control. These charges are the customers responsibility. If, for any reason you do not accept your parcel and the goods are returned to me, you will only be refunded the value of the items less any charges that I incur.
If for whatever reason you are not happy with your order, you may of course return it to me. Please notify me as soon as possible, and within 14 days of purchase. You can contact me via the form here, or via email which is
Any yarn returned to me for an exchange or refund must arrive in its original state and be fit for resell. Custom orders cannot be returned. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. When I issue the refund, it will be the value less any paypal or card fees that I incur.
I aim to process all orders within 3-5 working days. If this is not possible for whatever reason, I will contact you to let you know why. Please be aware that due to covid I am only shipping twice a week maximum. This is to restrict the amount of times I leave the house in the week to a bare minimum.
All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Second Class and usually take no more than a few days to arrive, though please be patient at the moment as this isn’t always the case due to the pandemic. There is also the option to upgrade to first class if you wish to receive it sooner.
International orders will be sent via Royal Mail International Standard Delivery, which is not a trackable service. There is an option to upgrade at checkout to a trackable service for an extra fee. Please be aware that due to Covid-19, parcels sent internationally are taking much longer to get to their recipients.
