Customs, duties & import fees:
The customer is responsible for all customs, duties, import and handling fees that may occurs when the parcels enters their country. In the case of the USA, these will be charged at checkout as we must send it duties paid. If there significant overcharges at checkout, we will refund these to you at time of shipping. Please be mindful when ordering if you are an international customer, as we are not responsible for any extra fees that you may be charged by your local customs.
Returns
If for whatever reason you are not happy with your order, you may of course return it to us. Please notify us as soon as possible, and within 14 days of purchase. You can contact us via the form here, or via email which is thefibrefox@gmail.com.
Any yarn returned to us for an exchange or refund must arrive in its original state and be fit for resell. Custom orders cannot be returned. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. When we issue the refund, it will be the value less any paypal or card fees that we incur.
Shipping
I aim to process all orders within 3-5 working days. If this is not possible for whatever reason we will contact you.
All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail tracked 24 or 48.
All international orders are sent via Royal Mail international tracked.
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your parcel is scanned at our local postal facility.
